Description and Applications
The TEADIT ELECTRON™ SCS gasket is manufactured using a metal core of stainless steel faced on both sides with laminated and filled PTFE. Its more robust construction enables it to simultaneously meet the sealability and electrical isolation requirements in industrial pipelines. These characteristics have been specifically combined to meet the elevated loads produced by flanges under high pressure classifications. This kit is recommended in pipes used for water (potable, sea, residual and produced), gases, chemicals, acids, and hydrocarbons in general. It was specially developed to meet critical applications with rigorous requirements for pressure and chemical resistance.
