TEADIT GROUNDBREAKING
Houston - On September 30th, Teadit North America broke ground on a 110,000 square foot building in Pasadena, Texas. The building is located near the intersection of Red Bluff and Bay Area Blvd. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility will specialize in the production of Die and Precision Cut Gaskets, Spiral Wound Gaskets, Corrugated Gaskets, Cammprofile, Double Jacketed and Special Alloy Metal Gaskets. Teadit will also stock a variety of Fluid Sealing materials such as: Compression Packings, Compressed Fiber Gasket Sheet Materials, Tealon® (Restructured PTFE), Expanded Teflon (sheet and rolls), and Graphite Sheet.
On November 15th, the first pour on foundation began. The progress on the new building is moving quickly, with walls already being erected. We expect to be moving into the new building towards the end of May.
