TEADIT – ASME PRESSURE VESSELS & PIPING CONFERENCE IN VANCOUVER
Engineers José Carlos Veiga, Teadit’s Technical Director, and Roberto Araujo, Teadit Brazil’s Product Applications Manager, presented the paper entitled
DEVELOPMENT OF GASKETS AND ITS ACCESSORIES FOR ELECTRICAL INSULATION OF PIPELINES, which deals with the development of alternatives to the segment of electrical insulating gaskets.

Teadit's engineers, J.C. Veiga and Roberto Araújo, next to Dr. Toshiyoki Sawa, Professor of Emeritus Hiroshima University, Manfred Schaaf, General Manager of AMTEC, and Dr. Takashi Kobayashi, professor of Numazu National College of Technology in Japan.
The study was conducted in partnership with the engineers Luiz Paulo Romano and Ana Silva, whom work for Teadit’s Research and Development Department.
This year, the conference had as its main theme the celebration of the 50th anniversary of PVP’s service for the industry.And, Teadit that, for years, actively collaborates and participates with its expertise was honored with a commemorative medal for the anniversary of the congress.
The PVP promotes the diffusion of the most modern technologies for industries, the exchange of ideas and opinions between professionals and academics from around the world: Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, the Americas and Oceania. The next edition will be held in Hawaii, USA, between July 16th and July 20th, 2017.
