NA 1122High Performance Steam Service Sheet, NBR Binder
Description and Applications
TEADIT style NA 1122 is an elastomer bonded non-asbestos fiber sheet material what is manufactured in a hot calander process. The material consist primarily of a combination of inorganic fibres and fillers which are bonded with nitrile rubber (NBR).
For antistick purposes is the surface equipped with a special graphite finish.
If requested, this style is optionally available with a wire mesh reinforcement made of galvanized carbon steel, as style NA 1122M.
Applications:
TEADIT style NA-1122 was developed especially for sealing applications at elevated temperatures.
In contrast to other fiber sheet materials, this style has an outstanding temperature resistance and is therefore ideally suited for the use with saturated and superheated steam.
