Style 2005 is a firm, high density interlock braided packing manufactured from pure ePTFE filaments pretreated with PTFE dispersion, but contains no other lubricants. The PTFE dispersion provides a low friction surface finish and prevents leakage through the braid. This style complies with the F.D.A. and U.S.D.A. requirements under Title 21 Food and Drugs:
